    Therapy offers you a confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful, or uncomfortable. Therapy can help people confront barriers that interfere with well-being, and it can also increase confidence, love, courage, and peace.

    My areas of particular clinical interest include healing from trauma and supporting healthy self-esteem, particularly for survivors of childhood abuse or neglect; treating anxiety and depression and their impacts on beliefs about the self and others; and building strength-based narratives with clients who feel marginalized, silenced, or overlooked. I integrate EMDR and a relational approach to psychodynamic therapy to tailor our work to meet you where you are and achieve your goals. Our work together will be a collaborative process to facilitate feelings of safety and belonging in your world.
